A BRAVE RONIN

A story of ronin living in the impoverished outskirts of Edo come together to fight against the evil rich Hanya crime family. The action begins when a woman escapes from their clutches with the help of a brave ronin who is willing to put his life on the line and stand tall against the brutal town bosses. Ichikawa Utaemon gives one of his better erformances as Tsugumo Hanbei, a man among men. While others may quake in fear he rises to the occasion. The fighting is fast and furious in this superb tale of old japan!
